250 g Camembert cheese (2 pieces), 200 g oyster mushrooms, ground ginger, coarsely ground cloves, salt, olive oil
Finely chop the oyster mushrooms and sauté them in a little olive oil until golden brown. Remove from heat and mix well with the spices. Cut the cheeses in half. Spread the oyster mushroom mixture on one half of each cheese, then place the other half on top, creating sandwiches. Grill the sandwiches on both sides on a grill until the cheeses are slightly melted. Serve as a great appetizer or pair with red wine.
