1 carrot, 1 parsley root, ½ kohlrabi, 1 leek, 4 tbsp cooking oil, 300 g mixed mushrooms (oyster mushrooms, crimini mushrooms, 3-4 shiitake mushrooms), salt, black pepper, 1 tsp Chinese five spice, 3 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tsp cayenne pepper, 100 g rice noodles
Clean the vegetables, cut the carrot, parsley root and leek into thin rings, and dice the kohlrabi. Heat oil in a pot, then add the vegetables and stir-fry them. Pour water into the pot, and add the sliced mushrooms. Season with salt, black pepper, Chinese five spice and cayenne pepper, then cook for 20 minutes. Then add the pasta and soy sauce and cook until ready, for another 5 minutes.
