4 tbsp cooking oil, 1 avocado, 300 g oyster mushrooms, 100 g goat cheese or goat cheese Camembert, salt, ground rosemary
In hot oil, sauté the diced oyster mushrooms until golden brown (3-5 minutes), then add the diced avocado and cook together with the mushrooms for 1-2 minutes. Once done, remove from heat, season with salt, and sprinkle with ground rosemary. Mix in the diced cheese and return to heat, melting the cheese slightly.
Cut the cheese in half and fill it with the avocado-mushroom mixture. Place the stuffed cheese in a preheated oven (160°C) and bake until the cheese is slightly melted.
